Aakash Associate
Registered and Developed as a Real Estate Developer and construction business a year ago but the visionary behind Aakash Associate regularly tested themselves in different asset classes, development of land parcels, and building a land bank. A couple of years ago, they might not have a plan to develop themselves as a Real Estate Developer but always tried being into the Real Estate and Construction business and on 7th February 2021, registered themselves through GST as a Real Estate and Construction Company and started a contract servicing in Sonipat, being the first project under the firm name.

Yes, saw it right. All around from setting up the trend through premium clothing for Sonipatians to developing premium estate for a living, commercials for tenants, land development for clients became the new vision and mission of Pawan. Developing Green Building, Trust and Reputation is the vision of the leaders of Aakash Associate.
Aakash Gupta
Aakash, the other visionary behind Aakash Associate, the future of Real Estate, has always tried developing new skills and achieving greater heights in business development.
Currently pursuing MBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure from RICS, School of Built Environment.
He will be the next-gen leader and future entrepreneur for both of his family-owned businesses and being a young enthusiast and business dominated person will excel, diversify and expand business
